Super Saturday

Why Super Saturday?

In a busy world, we often struggle to find time to connect with others and with God. Super Saturday provides a dedicated time to step away, enjoy nature, and grow together in faith. Whether you are seeking encouragement, friendship, or just a refreshing outdoor experience, this is an easy and meaningful way to build community.
Super Saturday is structured around five simple steps:
  1. One Trail: Choose a trail within a two-to-three-hour hiking distance that is accessible for the group.
  2. One Verse: Read and reflect on the verse of the day together -- at the beginning and throughout the walk with good questions.
  3. One Sharing: Pause at the midpoint to share recent ups and downs and what God is speaking to you. Do 15 min. solitude pause.
  4. One Prayer: Pray together before starting and again after sharing.
  5. One Hug: Men with men; women with women—embrace each other in encouragement and love.

Who Can Lead?

If you have attended LeaderTrek, Marvel Men Weekend, and have a burden to serve your local community, you can lead a Super Saturday! It’s easy, impactful, and requires no special training—just a heart to serve and gather others in faith.

How Much Does It Cost?

Super Saturday is completely free! Just bring water and dress appropriately for hiking.
Super Saturday is a simple yet powerful way to engage with your community through hiking, sharing, and prayer. It’s open to everyone—men, women, children, and even dogs! This event is built around five key elements that foster fellowship, spiritual growth, and encouragement.
