Journey Together
Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Matthew 11:28
Pastors, you are not alone.
The Challenge and crisis of families in ministry
Today’s families in full-time ministry carry immense burdens—leading congregations, counseling others, and navigating the pressures of ministry while raising a family. Many experience burnout, isolation, and exhaustion, often feeling they have nowhere to turn for help -- especially when their children or marriage has deep needs.
The Solution
The emergency room or the fitness room -- there is no third choice. If you are in a emotional or relational breakdown, or you have encountered a huge conflict with some in your church -- you are in the emergency room. There is hope for you. Our long term goal is to slowly guide you from the emergency room of recovery from your wounds into the fitness room to build your new healthier life.
You are not alone. There is hope, healing, and strength in Christ and in community. Join us on this journey of becoming human again.
- Journey Together Training Week - Restoration begins by stepping away from the demands of ministry and finding a quiet place with others. At this week long training we experience Life in four key dimensions.
- T4 group—a safe space to share your heart each week and work towards a healthier life spiritually, physically, relationally, and emotionally.
- Start a Journey Together Trailhead Fellowship group in your area for ministers to gather and be normal human beings again -- happier and healthier.

T4 Groups
Get Connected. Go Deeper.
A T4 (a tent of four people) group is a close-knit gathering of people committed to embraces, authenticity, challenges to grow, and healing. In this space, leaders can set aside titles and expectations to be real about their struggles, share their burdens, and receive encouragement from others who truly understand. Through the power of community, you will know that you are not alone—there is strength in walking this journey together.
